Complaints Procedure
ADVERTISING REGULATIONS
ADVERTISING REGULATIONS
Warranty and complaint conditions for goods purchased on the eShop are governed by:
TheCivil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code", as amended) in the event that the customer is a "consumer", i.e. a natural person who, when concluding and performing a contract, is not acting within the scope of his/her trade or other business activity or within the scope of his/her independent exercise of his/her profession. In such a case, most products are covered by a 24-month warranty period, which is binding in the documentation (warranty card) for the relevant goods. If there is an "entrepreneur" on the customer's side, i.e. a natural or legal business person, or if the customer provides an ID number when registering, the customer is automatically considered an "entrepreneur". In this case, most products are covered by a 12-month warranty period, binding in the documentation (warranty card) for the respective goods.
Please note that if the customer does not provide a registration number, despite being a "business" and not a "consumer", he is deliberately misleading the supplier.
